The Cybercrime Prevention Summit 2025, will be held as an in conjunction event in
the inaugural Asia International Security Summit 2024 (AISSE'25) and supported by
National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA), Malaysia.
The Cybercrime Prevention Summit
aims to enhance awareness of the escalating cybercrime threats and their impact on
individuals, businesses, and governments in Malaysia and the ASEAN region. It seeks
to foster knowledge exchange among cybersecurity experts, law enforcement, legal
professionals, and the public, promoting the sharing of best practices to bolster
cybersecurity preparedness.
Additionally, the summit is dedicated to empowering
individuals and businesses with the necessary knowledge and tools to safeguard their
personal information, devices, and financial assets from cyber threats.
For two out of the three days the summit promises a diverse twenty conferences that
are set to delve into critical issues and strategies of cyber crime.
The event will
comprise representatives from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Royal Malaysian Police,
National Security Council, NACSA, various public sector departments and agencies,
other law enforcement entities, embassies, as well as speakers, panel members, and
exhibitors, offering a comprehensive platform for networking, knowledge exchange,
and collaboration in the pursuit of advancing security measures and public safety.
